Refund policy

You have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, without giving any reason. If an order consists of multiple items that are delivered separately, this period starts on the day you receive the last item. After you have informed us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase, you have a further 14 days to return the items.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can contact us at info@thetransferclub.nl. You can also submit a return or cancellation request through your customer account. Log in with your email address, open the relevant order and select the option to request a return or cancellation.

The direct costs of returning the items are your responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.

Condition of the returned shirt

You may inspect and try on the shirt to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and fit, just as you would be able to do in a physical store.

We ask that, where reasonably possible, you return the shirt in the condition in which you received it. Handling or use that goes beyond what is necessary to assess the shirt, for example wearing it for an extended period, washing it, damaging it or soiling it, may result in a reduction in value. This reduction in value may be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

If the shirt was supplied with original tags, labels or other included items, we ask that you return these as intact as reasonably possible.

Damaged, incorrect or non-conforming product

Please check your order after receiving it. Contact us as soon as possible at info@thetransferclub.nl if you have received an incorrect item or if the item does not conform to what was agreed at the time of purchase.

If your complaint regarding an incorrect, damaged or non-conforming item is justified, the necessary return shipping costs will not be charged to you. This policy does not limit your statutory rights in relation to defective or non-conforming goods.

Mystery Box

The same statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies to a Mystery Box. The fact that its contents are not known in advance does not exclude the right of withdrawal.

Exchanges

As many of our football shirts are unique items, we cannot guarantee that the same shirt will be available in another size or version.

If you would like a different item, you can return the item you received in accordance with the conditions above and, if desired, place a new order for another available item.

Refunds

If you withdraw from the entire order within the statutory withdrawal period, we will refund the purchase price and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us.

If you deliberately selected a more expensive delivery method than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us, we are not required to refund the additional costs.

We will issue the refund no later than 14 days after you have informed us that you are withdrawing from the contract. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item, or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the item, whichever occurs first.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
