Shipping policy
We ship orders to the countries and regions that are available during checkout. The available shipping methods and corresponding shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
Order processing
After you place your order, we will prepare it for shipment as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation by email.
Track & Trace
Where the selected shipping method supports tracking, you will receive a track & trace code that allows you to follow your shipment.
Delivery time
The final delivery time depends on the destination and the selected carrier. Any estimated delivery times displayed during checkout are indicative.
We will deliver within the agreed delivery period. If no other delivery period has been agreed, we will deliver no later than 30 days after the contract has been concluded.
Incorrect or incomplete address
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If you discover an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@thetransferclub.nl.
Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can still be changed.
Delayed or lost shipment
If your order is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us at info@thetransferclub.nl. We will check the available shipping information and, where necessary, contact the carrier.
We remain responsible for the delivery until you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, have received the order, except where you have independently chosen a carrier that was not offered by us.
Damaged on arrival
If you receive an order that has been damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible and, where possible, provide clear photographs of the parcel and the item so that we can assess the issue.
Damage occurring during delivery is not the consumer's responsibility for as long as the risk remains with us under applicable consumer law. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
