These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of our online store and to all purchases made through The Transfer Club.
1. Identity of the seller
This online store is operated by Respire Solutions V.O.F., trading under the trade name The Transfer Club. In these Terms and Conditions, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Respire Solutions V.O.F., trading as The Transfer Club.

2. Applicability
These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of The Transfer Club and to every agreement concluded through our online store between us and a consumer.
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions insofar as they do not conflict with mandatory applicable consumer law.
3. Products
We sell football shirts and related products. Part of our stock consists of used, older or hard-to-find items. Many shirts are unique items of which only one is available.
We make every effort to describe and display each product as clearly and accurately as possible. Used products may show normal signs of wear. Known relevant signs of wear, damage or other particular characteristics are stated as clearly as possible in the product description and/or shown in the product photographs.
Colours and the appearance of a product may differ slightly from reality due to screen settings.
4. Authenticity
The Transfer Club exclusively sells football shirts that we have assessed as authentic after inspection.
Each individual shirt is inspected before it is made available for sale. This inspection may include, among other things, product codes, labels, material, stitching, logos, printing and finishing.
If we do not have sufficient confidence in the authenticity of a shirt, we do not offer it for sale.

5. Condition
The condition of a football shirt is stated as clearly as possible with the relevant product.
Where applicable, we indicate whether a shirt is new with tags, new without tags or used. A condition score may also be provided.
Any known stains, damage, wear, damage to printing or other relevant signs of use are stated and/or photographed as clearly as possible.
6. Prices
All prices displayed to consumers on our online store include applicable taxes, unless otherwise required by law.
Any shipping costs and other additional charges are displayed before the order is completed.
Prices may change. The price applicable to an order is the price displayed at the time the order was placed.
Obvious pricing, input or system errors are not binding on us where it should have been reasonably clear to the consumer that an error had occurred.
7. Orders and contracts
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the relevant product.
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation at the email address you provided. The contract is concluded once we have electronically confirmed your order.
If an ordered product unexpectedly proves to be unavailable due to a stock error or another exceptional circumstance, we will contact you as soon as possible. If delivery proves impossible, any amounts already paid for the unavailable product will be refunded without undue delay. This does not affect any statutory rights of the consumer.
As many football shirts are unique items, we cannot guarantee that a sold or sold-out shirt will become available again.
8. Payment
You can pay using the payment methods offered during checkout on our online store.
You are responsible for providing correct and complete payment, billing, contact and address information.
9. Shipping and delivery
We ship orders to the destinations that are available during checkout.
The available shipping methods, shipping costs and any estimated delivery times are displayed before the order is completed.
We will deliver within the delivery period stated with the order. If no other delivery period has been agreed, we will deliver no later than 30 days after the contract has been concluded.
The risk of loss of or damage to the order remains with us until you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, have received the product.

10. Right of withdrawal and returns
Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal as described in our Return and Refund Policy.
This policy explains, among other things, the period within which you may withdraw from a purchase, how to request a return, the period within which the item must be returned, who bears the direct return costs and how refunds are processed.
In the event of withdrawal, refunds, any original standard shipping costs, return costs and any reduction in value are governed by our Return and Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
Our Return and Refund Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
11. Statutory guarantee
Our products are covered by the statutory guarantee. A product must conform to what you may reasonably expect on the basis of the contract.
For used or older football shirts, this assessment takes into account, among other things, the age of the shirt, its condition as stated before purchase, and any signs of wear or defects that were clearly disclosed before purchase.
If a product does not conform to the contract, please contact us so that we can assess the situation and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.
12. Mystery Box
When purchasing a Mystery Box, you knowingly choose a product for which the exact football shirt is not known in advance.
We will provide a shirt in accordance with the characteristics and selections stated for the Mystery Box product, such as the selected size.
The exact club, national team, season, brand, colour and/or version may be a surprise, unless different conditions are expressly stated with the product.
Statutory consumer rights, including the right of withdrawal where applicable, continue to apply to a Mystery Box.
13. Exchanges
As many of our football shirts are unique items, we cannot guarantee that the same shirt will be available in another size or version.
If you would like a different product, you can return the product you received in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and, if desired, order another available product.
14. Complaints
If you have a complaint about a product or order, please contact us using the contact details provided on our online store.
Where possible, please include your order number and a clear description of the complaint. If there is an issue with an item, photographs may help us assess the situation.
We aim to resolve complaints as quickly as possible and in consultation with you.
15. Liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes liability to the extent that such limitation or exclusion is not permitted under applicable mandatory law.
We are not liable for damage arising solely because a customer provided incorrect or incomplete information, insofar as that damage should reasonably be borne by the customer.
Consumers' statutory rights remain unaffected.
16. Intellectual property
Texts, photography, images, designs, logos and other original content created by us for The Transfer Club may not be copied, distributed or commercially used without our permission, except where permitted by law.
Brand names, club logos, federation logos, manufacturer logos and other intellectual property rights belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective rights holders.
17. Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

18. Changes to these Terms and Conditions
We may amend these Terms and Conditions in the future.
An order is governed by the Terms and Conditions that applied at the time the order was placed.
Later changes do not affect statutory consumer rights that have already arisen.
19. Applicable law
Agreements with Respire Solutions V.O.F., trading as The Transfer Club, are governed by Dutch law.
This choice of law does not affect any mandatory consumer protection to which a consumer is entitled under the law of their country of residence.
